For his first participation to the Chinese Internet Research Conference (CIRC), Nowmay Opalinski has presented new empirical findings on the building of the digital axis of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) during the « Digital Silk Roads 2.0 » panel. « The perseverance of Chinese companies to remain and continuously adapt to the local environment has proven successful and made of them firmly established institutions in the Pakistani Internet landscape. »
